Robert Glenn Brewer, who at 87 was the oldest man in these parts. Rob's great-grandfather was one of the earliest settlers. He regaled us with stories of the Concord of his childhood: the schoolhouse, the three general stores - one featured older folks playing dominoes in the front while the boys snuck in the back and tried to "snitch" a piece of chewing gum.
